Refund Policy
As the Organizer and Host of the 7-day Tokyo group tour/retreat commencing on June 2nd, 2025, RicchaadoTV has established the following refund terms and conditions which apply to all Users, Attendees, or Participants who have booked or otherwise committed to the Trip through any Company Program, Website, survey, or communication channel.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Cancellations Made Within 30 Days of Trip Commencement:
Cancellations received on or after May 3, 2025 (30 calendar days prior to the scheduled Trip start date) are generally non-refundable. This includes cases involving illness, scheduling conflicts, travel restrictions, or other personal changes.
However, where required by applicable consumer protection laws (including in the U.S. and U.K.), Participants may retain the right to a refund or credit under specific circumstances.
Voluntary Withdrawal or No-Shows:
Participants who choose not to attend, fail to arrive at the designated meeting point, or depart early from the Trip are not eligible for any full or partial refund, except as may be required by applicable law.
2. LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REFUND
Material Trip Components Not Delivered:
If RicchaadoTV fails to provide a core component of the retreat (e.g., advertised accommodations or key activities), Participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This is subject to:

Documentation or proof of the missing components
RicchaadoTV is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to the actions of third-party providers, weather events, governmental restrictions, or acts of nature.
3. REFUND REQUESTS AND DISPUTES
All refund-related inquiries must be submitted in writing to hello@racademy.co.uk within seven (7) calendar days after the Trip concludes. Requests must include:

RicchaadoTV reserves the right to deny requests that fall outside the terms stated herein or are submitted after the deadline.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that may be available to Participants under the consumer protection laws of their place of residence, where those laws apply and may not be contractually waived.
